Vail Ranch Vision Center offers a one-stop shop experience for eye care needs. The staff is friendly and welcoming, greeting patients as soon as they arrive. The doctor and staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and take the time to educate patients on their options. They provide a range of services, including LASIK, and have a great selection of name-brand glasses frames. Patients appreciate the personalized attention and care, making it a great choice for families and individuals alike. They offer fast appointments and a thorough, comfortable experience.
Everything about the actual exam was fine. Very quick. Super nice place. Doctor was polite and helpful. Unfortunately when it came to pay I was extremely caught off guard because it was over $100 more than I was quoted over the phone. I was sure to ask the receptionist twice how much it would be before I confirmed the appointment and she told me $65-85 total for the exam AND contact fitting but that was not the case when I checked out. When I went to clarify she mentioned again that yes that's how much it costs but then added on additional charges I was not initially told about when I called. I also was quoted on the very high end rage of services when I had just a basic routine exam w no specialties or issues. Felt a bit taken advantage of. I obviously had no other choice but to pay the bill but it would be nice if their website offered pricing or if they went over charges prior to the exam to be clear. If I would have known I'd be paying almost $200 for that visit I would have never scheduled an appointment.
This is my go to Optometrist from now on. They take care of multiple services and even offer Lasik. When I first arrived the staff made sure to greet me as soon as I walked in. I am so used to other offices not being diligent or even giving a simple greeting. The Doctor listened to all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. They are great on educating the patients as well. They have a great selection of glasses styles. Name brands galore!!! The staff even helped me make the decision on which style to choose. Very down to earth and friendly. It's a one stop shop. I am brining my kids here to get their first pair of glasses. Come here you won't regret it
If you need to get your eyes checked this is the place to go to! The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. Also the receptionist and optician were very nice. They also have a great selection of frames.
