I needed to rent a concrete cutter first thing in the morning and there was only one person there opening up the shop. The guy who was working said that there was no one to rent equipment because someone had the day off. Chris was the guy helping me. He wasn't an office person but he made sure that he put me in contact with United rentals from another store to rent the machine over the phone. He could have just kept on what he was doing and let me sit there all morning but instead he made sure I got taken care of. He should be running that store. Chris was professional,courteous, and made my life a lot easier because I had guys showing up on a job at 7:30. Thanks Chris!

Amazing experience with these guys! Had a contractor bail on us to fix up our fence and we ended up having to do it ourselves. Long story short we had a nightmare experience with Home Depot's both one-man and two-man augers, spending 2 whole days to dig about 4 holes making an inch per hour when we hit a point we thought we just couldn't power through. We thought we were doing something wrong but on a hunch I went to this place and saw that they had the same equipment in almost perfect condition, knew exactly what they were talking about and what to recommend at an even lower rate than HD. They even threw in an extra bit in case we needed it. We snagged the 2-man auger for a day and it powered through so well that we got everything done in a couple of hours and ended up being able to take it back early. We were extremely impressed with the quality of care and service that went into our experience, these guys really saved us when we thought we were in over our heads. Would've saved about $300 and 2 days of labor if we had just gone down the street to this place instead of Home Depot.
