The sales counter took tge time to go through the book and set me up with the right parts for our tig torch. Never acted like I was wasting their time, never made me feel stupid for some of the questions I asked. The setup he built for me changed the game for us. Thank you!

Awesome place! Just got my first Tig welder, to which I have ZERO experience. Matt literally spent half an hour guiding me to all the stuff to suit my machine, cheap and basic upgrades for my Tig torch, and didn’t try to sit there and upsell me all day. Just a super cool dude and extremely helpful. Like wayyyyy beyond basic customer service. Bought a flow meter, some consumables, torch parts, and an 80cf tank. Told him I was gonna take the small stuff to my car and come back in to grab the tank. I look back and dude already has it on his shoulder to carry it to my car for me.
