I like this ulta the most out of all the ones I've been to and It may take me an hour drive but I much rather visit this store then one closest to me plus they have better products

I am only giving five stars because of three of the cashiers that I felt have gone above and beyond for me. Claire (I think that’s her name who her and her boyfriend know me from Guitar Center) who kindly & patiently processed my intense returns, the gentleman who rung up my huge stack of cute bath ornaments, and the girl who helped me with a Kylie lip color. These people made me feel like a human.The staff are quick picking which is cool.It is unfortunate that corporate makes them sell open products and they (Ulta HQ) don’t keep their word when it comes to rewards.

This review is long over due. I’ve had the most amazing experiences with Ismael for over a year with hair and makeup services. Ismael is a professional with a heart of gold. I always enjoy him and his suggestions for my hair. The first time I went to him I was in tears because he fixed my blonde highlights and the transformation of my healthy hair was incredible. Book with Ismael!! He’s the best!!
