I had the best experience today with a slim, mature, enthusiastic woman. I came in to pick up my contacts and coincidentally the arm of my new sunglasses came off so I asked if they could fix it. She went above and beyond tightening all the screws, trimming down the arms and changing the tilt and they fit 100% better! I didn’t even know that could be done. Best part, I didn’t buy the sunglasses there and she just did it just to help. I have been a patient for many years, but this stood out to me as great customer service and will keep me coming back. I didn’t get her name, but many thanks!

Omg! Dr Danielle is the only doctor who can get my prescriptions right! From my reading glasses to my distance glassses I finally can be comfortable wearing my glasses. She listens and understands and really knows how to get the right prescription! Thank you Danielle. You are SO appreciated.

This is one of the most caring medical establishments I've been to in years. My glasses that I had purchased were hurting and not fitting my face correctly. Denise went out of her way to help me get a different pair at no cost and helped me with the correct fitting. Highly recommend.
