The only downside mentioned is the inability to call the front desk directly. VA patients, in particular, benefit from a superb healthcare process at this clinic.

Doctors pride an outstanding service. The only down fall is that you can't call the front desk directly you have to call the central line if you have any questions. But over all the this temecula office is the best place to get your medical services.
I consistently benefit from exceptional service at the Temecula Clinica Medica Familiar. As a VA patient, the health care process is superb, from scheduling with Maricela, to patient intake and vitals with Arelene, to in-house lab draws with Breayr, a visit to my primary care doctor (Dr. Greta Rios-Steed) or any of the doctors and nurse practitioners is five stars!
