I have had Kaiser for over 25 years. I recommend it to all of my friends . My first primary care doctor was Dr Basiago and my family were so lucky to have him! Now my Dr is Dr Chernochov (sp) I have never had a bad experience at Kaiser. Everyone who works there is a 10. I would also like to mention my dermatologist, Dr Felicia Schwab, she is the very best .
Harjeet Kaur did an amazing job at taking my blood this morning. She was happy and pleasant to interact with. Her skills were the best I have ever had. This was the first time I experienced such a painless blood draw. I want Harjeet to draw my blood every time I need to go the lab. Very impressed.
I am so happy with this medical office. Going to the Lab there is so quick and easy. The people checking you in are so pleasant and getting your bloodwork done is very efficient. It's better if you know the best times to go if you're getting a prescription from the Pharmacy. All the folks working there are very nice as well. They stay pleasant even when they get pretty busy. I really prefer going to this facility rather than the one in Murrieta. Less people and easier parking.
