My 2 year old had to have blood drawn, I was so nervous and put it off for over a year because of a terrible experience I had with my other child but this time around it went so smoothly. Tiy is so amazing, it took less than 5 minutes from the time we checked in to driving away. She was so efficient that my child didn’t even cry! I couldn’t be happier with the visit. I definitely regained the trust I had lost with Kaiser labs after this visit. Thank you Tiy!

Dr Pleasant is fantastic glad I was able to establish care with her and Tiy in the lab has a great hand that blood draw was easy and painless especially as someone that gets so squeamish about blood and needles, definitely enjoying my experience with Kaiser so far
