It was my dog first visit and she seemed to like everyone. She’s never been this comfortable at any other veterinarian. She has some tooth extractions coming up. I feel that she’ll be in good hands and hopefully a reasonable price.
It was our first visit here and overall staff was very friendly. The assistant and vet were thorough and friendly (both towards my dog and myself!). The vet explained everything clearly to me before doing anything. I would say the only minor complaint I have is with certain front desk members - not friendly and very sterile, didn't really feel like they cared. Otherwise, we will be back to this hospital. :)
Doctor Ishikane is an awesome veterinarian. She is so compassionate, knowledgeable, skilled and patient. I could go on and on. She understands our concerns and ensures all of our questions are answered before leaving the appointment. Thank you so much!
