First timers to South Coast and drove from the SoCal Beach to Temecula Wine Country for the day. South Coast is a delight for lunch. We had a Mediterranean salad and Portobello steak panini. We tried two red wines, a cabernet and a petit sirah. Both were 2017 vintage. We are not wine conneisuier however enjoyed the meal and peaceful environment.

We had a lovely tasting experience with Natasha at South coast! She was very knowledgeable about the wine offerings and had great suggestions based on our feedback. I will say the wines themselves weren’t my favorite of the day but I very much enjoyed the sparkling Pinot Grigio and brut!

9/19/2025. Beautiful place. Although we got there late for the wine tasting, we just enjoyed looking at the lush grape plants, the beautifully landscaped gardens, and the flowering vines.
