Was told by another company my clog could not be fixed using a cable. Roto Rooter came in with a cable and removed the clog. However it was pricy. Perhaps it was because they did some troubleshooting that required them to crawl under my home.
I was having nightmares of ever calling a plumber cause of the cost!! But honestly I had never used a plumber. Usually my husband or a freind to come over. My job now was Major, just awful! So I broke down n called Roto Rooter. The tech that did the work had 20 years experience putting me at ease. That 1st they'd see the problem, n give me an estimate. Omgosh!! It wasn't bad!! For the work they did!! It was refreshing how honest they were about the job, n not stick it to the customer. Oh n by the way we got other estimates. One asked for 8,500 !! Omgosh! no thx! Professional, sincere, friendly, truthful, arrived and left on time, kept to stated completion timetable, had financing at reasonable rate, only had to wait one day for start of major project, crew of eight were all polite and focused. Went to great lengths to protect furniture, etc. Roto Rooter was as advertised. Would use again. Weren't cheap but that was a reason why I called them. Knew it wouldn't be cheap. Buy cheap, get cheap and the headaches and sorrow that goes with cheap. Jacob and Ricardo were both clear about the noise, cutting and pounding that was coming with the project. Couldn't be helped.
