Tony came to inspect the dampers in our HVAC air ducts. He took excellent videos which he shared with us and explained in detail what was happening. We were able to visually see the problem and Tony took the time to explain exactly how the system should work and what needed to be fixed. Tony seems very knowledgeable about the system and we feel confident that he will do everything possible ensure the problem gets fixed.
Jose from ProFlo, a plumber, was here today and he did a great job today in figuring out why my tankless water heater wasn’t working properly. Jose said that he and his boss would work with me and get it fixed since it was an installation issue. I really like Pro-Flo because they don’t give me any hassles about our bi-annually inspections and repairs, they are great to work with and are always respectful and professional. I would recommend ProFlo for any questions/repairs concerning plumbing, HVac, heating and air conditioning. Personable, punctual, and quickly unclogged our kitchen sink. The service was fully covered by our maintenance plan.
12/9/25 The HVAC technician, Tony, was also great! He completed our annual heater maintenance, and tried to help me with an unrelated technical issue with my thermostat. The only issue: The company sent him over at 8:30AM, and my appointment was from 12-4PM. I work an overnight shift from home, so...yeah. Anyway, it's not his fault, but I'm mentioning it so ProFlo pays closer attention to scheduling in the future.
