I came in to look at the gym one morning and I was greeted by a taller woman and I asked for a tour and she had me some some ipad and just told me about the gym from the stool she was sitting on. I left after she finished talking and thought i'd try again in a week or two. when I came back the second time I was greeted by Andrew and the general manager of that gym. when I asked for a tour Mr. Andrew jumped to it and although I had to sign the ipad again, he walked me around the gym asking me all kinds of questions and touching every base about what I might need and what he can offer. the only reason i'm giving 5 stars is because the excellent turn around I got... read full review

This is one of my three or four favorite gyms I've worked out at, and I've been to both the Bev Francis Gym in New York and the "Mecca" in Santa Monica. The staff, particularly Savannah and Naomi, are the nicest, friendliest people you could ever meet. There's enough equipment even for peak hours so that you're not stuck waiting, and all the equipment is new. Unless you have a real need for barbells, this gym has everything you could want, including a nice functional training area and ergometers (rowing machines) and an assortment of other cardio equipment. On the lifting side, they even have a leg press machine (that's plate-loaded)... read full review
