Originally went in for root touch up but at the last minute decided to get a trim also. My stylist was very friendly and said she was due to graduate in one month. I realize in this profession hands-on & time is really the best experience for a stylist. The color came out great it matched perfectly, but the instructor had to have her shampoo my head a second time because there was still a lot of color on my scalp. My cut was OK but was shorter than I had instructed her to do. I was given to a second student For the drying and styling because the first girl had to clock out.
