I'm in Las Vegas, Nevada but I had to call Temecula California for warranty service. The young man that came out today was very efficient, respectful of the property and gave us helpful advice. He repaired the window and even looked at a second one to make sure it was okay before he left. Our home is 23 years old. These are the original windows. We are the original owners. These people honor their warranty.

It took a little while to get an appointment (for a non-emergency repair), but they were great when they did come to fix it. Very friendly techs and it only took them about 15 min start to finish!

Amazing! Nick from Milgard was so professional & knowledgeable. He had both windows replaced in 20 minutes with precision. I sat & watched. He was on time & cleaned everything up. Thank-you!
