I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had a plumbing leak and called L & S Turnkey and they came out immediately. However, these are the problems that I incurred with them:

1. They replaced my laminated floors with the same design, and the same manufacturer, however, the floor started to separate in less than a year. Mind you I had the same floors before the damage for 5 years and had no problem. It took them almost 2 months to get someone out to look at the problem.
2. I kept asking for an itemized statement of what the cost would be, but they wouldn't supply that to me, and finally I received the itemized invoice from the insurance company along...read full review

L & S Turnkey Construction was in charge for the restoration of my house as a result of a slab leak. After the leak was repaired, Alfonso Velazquez and his crew started preparing my kitchen, bathroom and laundry room so the restoration team can start restoring it to the state it used to be. They were professional, kind and they made sure that everything was done correctly. Before leaving they made sure that everything was cleaned.

My water heater broke and L & S Turnkey answered their phone at 1000 pm, when the others gave me a voicemail and no response. Lead Technician Nate Nielsen came the next morning bright and early, explained the job and the price so I could easily understand it. They quickly installed the water heater for a reasonable price and let me get back to my life. Would definitely recommend their services.
