First thing I had termites in the ceiling they sent somebody over who was afraid to go in the attic, pretended like he sprayed but he never even got off his ladder or turned on the sprayer. Obviously termites were still visible. I called reported they sent somebody over that was reliable Another time needed wood restoration. They said it would cost about 25,000 to 38,000 came back with a quote of 70,000. I told him that was too much let's just do the major. He said he would write a new proposal never heard from him again, they're only after money not Service
