We have been with Kaiser Permanente for almost 40 years. All of our children were born in a Kaiser Permanente Hospital (Riverside and San Diego). The doctors at Kaiser (in my opinion) are excellent, caring and knowledgeable. Being a doctor in today's world we live in can be a thankless job and what I have learned throughout these years, is that each doctor we have come across at Kaiser are true heroes of our community. The service they provide continues to show efficiency during the check in process, waiting times have improved and doctor/patient relationships has made me feel that my family is truly cared for.
Love Kaiser! Quick and easy multi-tasking. I got all these things done: Doctor’s visit, (Dr. Bareh) blood work up, got vaccinated, and picked up medications, all in slightly over an hour. Also from the Doctor and her staff, (Crystal) to picking up my medications and getting my blood drawn, (painless) everyone was kind, courteous, fast, respectful, and good natured.
Brittany drew my blood this morning, and did a fantastic job. I normally get nervous and full of anxiety. She made me feel welcomed and before you know it, she was done. I literally didn’t feel the needle go in. One of my best experiences.
