I can’t recommend Home Perfect enough. I came home to a kitchen flood on October 17. I was frantic and didn’t know what to do. I reached out to a friend in my special needs community and found that Home Perfect was a good choice. I reached out to Home Perfect and received their answering service where I left a message. I received a call back almost immediately from a gentleman name Scott. He was very helpful in explaining what would happen from here. He was professional and very personable and thanked me for trusting in their business. He said somebody would come out to my home first thing in the morning. I felt a little less frantic after speaking with him. The next morning as promised, a supervisor with the mitigation team showed up to help. Chris Cruz with the mitigation team took a look at the damage and could see that I was still struggling with what would happen from here. He did everything to make me feel like it was going to be OK. Chris is one of the most calm, empathetic, and genuine people I have ever met. He went out of his way in too many ways to list here, but all I can say is, I felt at ease and confident that he was going to do everything in his power to make this situation as easy as possible on me. There is no doubt that Chris has a passion for helping people and is determined to make a difference in the lives of people who are struggling. It's refreshing to see somebody love their job so much and to provide such exemplary service. He's one of those guys who make a company look fantastic!!
