I am so grateful to Sylvia for making sure my 85 year old mom received a beautiful and quality bouquet for her birthday. There was a problem with the first bouquet that was delivered, but when I messaged this florist to let them know, they immediately replaced the bouquet. This is a quality company with outstanding customer service!
