I had a great experience working with Jeremy and Sheri at FCI Temecula for my flooring installation. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with.
There was a hiccup initially with the carpet color but Jeremy addressed the issue and made it right. I really appreciated the accountability and the effort to resolve it quickly.
The final result looks great, and the overall quality of the work met my expectations. Sheri was also very helpful throughout the process, keeping communication clear and everything moving along.

Stellar service, stellar product and stellar price. If you are considering new flooring, check with Floor Coverings International of Temecula Valley first. Jeremy was on site on day one, and checked in, if not in person then via phone call, or email almost daily. He gave his expert attention to details and his expert advice whenever we needed help with a decision. His team was timely, clean, and efficient and very personable too.
