I've redone many properties. However, I'm newer to this area so I don't have go to sources here yet.
I hired a different local flooring place to mediocre results for another job recently. Total pain to deal with. Installation issues, excuses, inaccurate invoice balances and on and on. 3 months to get just two rooms of carpeting done. No way I was going to hire that company again for this next property I'm redoing.
So, I stop in to Serrano Flooring to see what this place is about.
Upon entering the building, it's amazing! WOW! Immaculate, MASSIVE selection of tiles, slabs, carpets...any type of flooring, counters etc you can think of are here. And, everyone so helpful.
I can’t recommend Serrano Family Flooring enough! They truly came in and saved the day for us.
We originally hired another flooring company that completed the demo and started the installation, but after finishing less than a quarter of the job, they essentially abandoned our project for 14 days. We were left with unfinished floors, poor workmanship, and a huge mess to figure out.
That’s when Serrano Family Flooring stepped in. They immediately helped me figure out what we needed, assisted me with ordering the additional flooring, and got our project back on track. They completed the installation in a timely manner, and the difference in workmanship was incredible.
I placed a small order for MSI-stacked tiles, and my experience was excellent!
They were responsive, kept me updated throughout the process, and offered a reasonable price.
The customer service was great: when they received a damaged box from MSI, they exchanged it themselves and notified me about it. I really appreciated their attention to detail and proactive communication.
Overall, a great experience. I'd definitely recommend them!
