I absolutely love getting my braids done by Dru, she's sweet, she listens and is open minded about new ideas. It's really hard for me to find someone to do my hair since I'm so tenderheaded but Dru makes the braiding process easy and painless. My go to stylist for my braids . Booked an appointment in May for June. I received a confirmation and a text message the day before confirming my appointment. I arrived there today on time, and no one was there to service me. I understand emergencies come up, but a courtesy call should have been done. I must say that the receptionist did try to find someone to come in and was apologetic.
