My experience was positive. Unfortunately Dr. Guilak was out but my son and I were still well taken care of by Norma at the front desk and Dr Lyew. Both are very friendly, answered our questions, and I like their advanced technology for our eyes. I recommend this office and it's affordable! Gary Cotton
