I recently came in with a full-on hair emergency after an at-home color conditioner went wrong and turned my hair green. I was nervous and honestly a little embarrassed, but from the moment I sat in Lecie’s chair, she made me feel cared for. She took her time studying my hair, explained every step with so much patience, and approached the whole process with real intention and skill. Had my lashes and brows done by Sophia S. She did a wonderful job! Very professional and friendly, couldn’t be happier with the service. Sophia took her time and listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my look. The beauty lounge was clean and beautifully decorated. Will definitely be going back!
