Amazing service from Alex, Roxie and Eric! They had to come out and help with a leak issue that could’ve been potentially super huge. I went with this company through my home warranty, and they did an amazing job they were very thorough, They kept me informed of the whole process with my home warranty and outside of my home warranty. When coming to fix things they were very elaborative about what the process was and how things needed to be done. Very punctual, kind, compassionate, and nice. Alex was very transparent and communicative thoughout the entire process. Thank you for your amazing work.
I highly recommend this company. They have excellent customer service and communication skills, are great at what they do, and are hardworking. They fixed all my pipe problems and prevented future leaks by noticing that the water pressure was way too high. They spent the whole day at my place, and I have peace of mind knowing that I won't have to be concerned about my plumbing maintenance for a while!
