I can't recommend Airtime enough! During this heat wave, my AC stopped working, and they came out quickly and got my system back up and running. From the moment they arrived, I could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right instead of just rushing through the appointment.
They went above and beyond by checking my attic to make sure all of my ductwork was properly connected. While they were up there, they found a disconnected duct that the company I used last year completely missed. I can't say enough about the team at airtime heating and air. I had an AC/Furnace combo that was leaking in a crawl space and dripping water into a bedroom. I called a company I have used in the past. They didn't service Temecula any longer so they referred me to airtime and I am very grateful they did.
Ivan (tech) was able to make an emergency call and come over that same day. He was extremely easy to communicate with and provided me videos and photos of all issues (I was out of state at the time). Thank you to Dylan for coming out and accessing the problem with his knowledge about hvac. He was smart and helpful with everything. He came and told me about my ducting and how I can replace it and my outdoor 5 stars tor him.
