Arctic Air is a trusted heating and cooling company in Lancaster, CA, specializing in HVAC repair, installation, replacement, and maintenance. Mason was great, he called ahead, showed up on time and explained the problem and effected a repair. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind, letting customers know every step and showing the exact problem. The issue was fixed in under an hour, and the heater is working great now. Mason was also able to get a new HVAC unit within two days in the middle of a heat wave. The personnel at the Lancaster office, Josh and Melissa, provided exemplary service. Highly recommend Arctic Air for any HVAC issues, with appointments available the next day, on-time service, and great work. Customers would not hesitate to use Mason and Arctic Air again.
Gabriel was within the time frame promised. I called late Saturday and had to wait until Monday but that was because of the timing of my breakdown. I appreciate the details that Gabriel explained regarding the repairs or replacement. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you Arctic.
Called they got us right in , Charlie and Johnny were amazing and made sure we all understood what was wrong and needed to be done , I would highly recommend them ! Five stars all the way.
We had an issue with our heater and called Artic Air. They had an opening same day and came out about 2 hours later. Mason was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He let us know every step he was taking and showed us the exact problem. He had the issue fixed in under an hour. The heater is working great now and even let us know some tips to keep the appliance running strong.
