I'm so sad to have to change a 5 star review down to a 2 star, but I don't want to mislead others about what service they may experience. I'm leaving it at two stars rather than one only because our first interaction went so well. Sadly, not long after this experience, we attempted to turn on our furnace and found it wasn't working despite having no issues with it the last time we used it and it not being very old. We have two identical furnaces for different parts of the house and my husband noticed that part of the motherboard on the broken one had been shattered. I highly recommend these guys! They responded to my on-line inquiry on the same day I sent it. My requested A.C./Heater service was not an emergency, but they had the service scheduled within a couple of days. They were on time, professional, friendly, answered all my questions and were knowledgeable about my units. Best of all, it was very affordable and I am sitting in my nice, cool house!

I called from Los Angeles after calling several companies to see about having my mother's A/C unit repaired in California City. David was very eager to go out and take a look at what was needing to be done. They (Bruce and David) went out within a few hours to give an estimate and were upfront about all cost and was more than fair with their estimate. I appreciate the customer service and will update my review once the job is complete.
