I walked in like it was my first day on earth and I was greeted by some very very kind ladies. I explained to one of the lady that since I forgot to make an order for a corsage I had to make one so I wanted to buy the materials needed. She helped me pick out the right roses, filler flowers, and she even gave me some ribbon and the wristband for free. Overall I’m extremely grateful and happy with how I they helped me. 10/10 service.

Prompt responses until they delivered the order to the wrong apartment. They didn't tell me which apartment (in a complex of over 60 units). Someone else brought the flowers over at some point but kept the chocolates. The arrangement was nice, though.
Update: they reached out to refund the chocolates and said they'd fix the apartment number issue going forward.

Ordered over the phone from a different state so that my niece could pick up the flowers on her way to the event. They did a great job copying a style I asked for- I sent them a photo. Good price beautiful bouquet!!
