The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Beautiful bouquets and wonderful staff! We had our order get mixed up and they instantly made it right and hand delivered the correct one immediately. They went out of their way to make the small issue correct and we will continue to use them for our flower and small gift needs - especially their jelly cats! Highly recommend!

Hi, dinner party for 60 people. They delivered the most beautiful flowers for indoors and outdoors are all my tables and they were absolutely beautiful and lasted a long time. I will use them all the time and they deliver.

I've used the Flower Factory for years. Recently I've had three occasions for local delivery. When it comes to flowers I'm kind of a picky customer. These guys speak my language and are able to design in my preferred style at a reasonable price. They have a website which will give you ideas, but honestly I think it's smarter to leave it up to the designer to pick the freshest, most beautiful flowers they have on hand that day. Always works for me! Will definitely keep their number handy for the next special occasion.
