Super quick getting my keys made! Took less than 5 minutes for 4 additional keys and he was very nice. He even stayed open a couple minutes after close because I showed up a bit later than I intended. Overall great experience and highly recommend!

Maybe one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, I got there 30 minutes after he had closed and he opened the door for me and made an exception because I was in such a rush to get them, it was the sweetest interaction I’ve ever had!!

I saw this shop one Friday late afternoon along Reseda and near Ventura Blvd. When I came, Alfredo is already closing the store. He’s supposed to go home because the shop is only up to 6pm but Alfredo is very nice. I earnestly ask him to duplicate my key and he never disappointed me. He willingly duplicated the key with a smile. I also wanted to give him a tip but he refused. He’s very considerate. I strongly recommend this shop for key duplication. Alfredo is very knowledgeable and experienced locksmith guy.
