I’ve been coming to Strive Firness for about two years now. I really like that there are no class times. They have two sessions. One in the morning and one in the evening. You show up at anytime during either session and you jump right in to the workout of the day. I’ve never had to wait to join in even on a busy day. I love that the workout is set for the day. There are 11 stations and you rotate every two minutes. I really like how this is set up. Less for me to think about and I get a good work out in for the day. The trainers are great. I love this gym! I’ve been going for the past few months, after a long period of zero activity. It is definitely a no judgement zone and I feel pushed in a positive way. Also gives a community feel which I love. The trainers are awesome! I’m never bored and always encouraged to push myself just a bit more every time. I’m never going to another gym. Highly recommend!
