The staff is kind and amiable. The front desk workers, especially Thomas and Jasmine, are really friendly. Eric was my personal coach for a few PT sessions, and he is highly competent. I wholeheartedly endorse this gym.
Spacious, clean, high-ceilinged gym that still feels quite new. Good variety of weight and cardio equipment that encourages you to mix it up. Rarely have to wait for equipment, even at peak hours. Staff and customers are more pleasant than at other LAF locations.
Best gym out there, Rahm and the whole La fitness staff are the best. Cleanest gym, great community, if you're ready to take that next step in your journey of fitness, this is the place to be.
