I had the worst experience today with Dr. St. Hilaire. I was referred to him to be seen for right leg venous insufficiency. This doctor had no compassion and very dismissive. Additionally, any time I asked a question, he would make it clear that he’s a specialist and couldn’t answer the simple medical questions. If you want an authentic experience and to be treated as the patient and not be dismissed, I highly suggest not coming to see this doctor.

Forgive me but your front desk receptionist was super rude . Coming from a pt office , we were asking for clarification about a patient. Instead of being professional, she was very short and off with her tone. Regardless if you are unable to help you can do it or say it kindly . Work on your staff

I wish I could leave zero stars. Dr. Nassoura Is very rude and will not listen to your concerns. His procedure didn’t work at all and I had to go to another vascular surgeon who was amazing and the entire experience was pleasant.
When he came into the room for the procedure, he walked in and started screaming at the ultrasound tech about something unrelated to me. Without speaking to me at all, he jammed a needle into my leg with no warning and I jumped because I wasn’t expecting it and he then yelled at me. I guess he is a screamer.
Do yourself a favor and just find someone else.

I have a blockage on the right side of my arteries I called his office and I spoke with Lidia she checked with the doctor and called me back told me there is nothing to worry come and us every year good job Lidia for giving me a peace of mind Thank you

This place sucks I wouldn't recommend having any work done here .Dr. Nassoura doesn't care for its patient's wellness nor out come of the Surgery. Dr. Nassoura told me that 80% of the Varcoise oblation surgeries work and 20% dont work out after I came in for my follow up visit after my procedure .That's not what I was told. I should of been at 100% . I was told by Dr. Nassoura everything was going to be great once my procedure was done Dr. Nassoura is not worth your Insurance money and Deductible. I have already reported him to the Medical Board. He has no bed side manners to greet his patients after their procedure he never came to check on my after my procedure was done and I was awake .

I never even got to see the doctor the girl at the front desk wanted me to sign a letter saying I'm responsible for payment when I have two authorizations from Cedars Sinai saying they're accepting responsibility for me to see the doctor. I wouldn't sign the paper they refused to see me. The girl at the front desk should not be allowed to communicate with the general public very rude. The doctor even sent in before I went to the office another authorization for CAT scans on arms and legs before he even took a look at me stay away from this place if you go through this before you see the doctor you know something is wrong stay away do not waste your time.

First, I want to thank Jamie (nurse), Nicole (anesthesiologist) and Laura (front office), for their kindness and professionalism. They were great. Dr Nassoura, wasn't. He didn't even bother to greet me when he came in to do the procedure. He told me not to move, which was fine. I was under a light anesthesia, so I was conscious. He asked me a question, I answered. I thought he asked me another question, and I said what. He snarled "don't talk". He seemed rushed and during the procedure was snapping and criticizing the surgical staff. The most unprofessional Doctor I've ever had, and I'm 77, so that's saying something. Just awful.

This was one of those bad experiences. These people have to this day, not even put a prior authorization into my insurance company for a procedure that I need even after a phone call when one of his staff laughed and said I have to give them a week to do the notes. Well, it's been two weeks. No appointment a note pre-authorization with insurance. This place is laughable. Initially, I wanted to pay cash and then when I realized I needed a procedure, I just asked them to refund the cash, And put the whole thing through Insurance when the Russian billing woman who came out from the back, who can't speak English well, was just awful, came to the front desk harassing me, in front of a full office and Staff telling me she called my insurance and what I owed, and I said, but if I have insurance, this isn't how it goes you put everything through insurance and then the final bill you send me, and I pay you directly. I had to basically bring her to school. The rest of the office chimed in as if I was a criminal or I was trying to not pay them. It was incredibly awful. Including the nurse, she piped in I couldn't believe it. Truth be told my final payment to them is only $170. They were trying to charge my credit card for over 450. I would stay away, even after this whole experience and an ultrasound. They never got prior authorization through my insurance. I've had to call twice to say why have you not submitted for prior authorization? Non-caring office. They never even called me to give me a procedure appointment. They have like 10 people working there. It's like the United Nations there which I applaud but people do not speak English well. I'm going to another high rated MD and Sherman Oaks that says she can do it with a local anesthetic. His nurse walked in bragging. He has five star reviews. I don't see five star reviews here.

Got my appointment at 9am, got in 9:50 am. Waited for Dr…then had to wait for ultrasound for another 25 minutes!!! Terrible respect for patient time. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!!! Terrible! Don’t even bother to waist your time !
