Howard Richman has an extraordinary way of teaching that draws from psychology, making even complex techniques feel approachable and easy to grasp. Ms. Cherie Valaray is an extraordinary teacher. The wealth of information I have learned from her is invaluable. Before taking vocal lessons with her, I had no idea what the resonance mask was, open throat technique, or singing with my diaphragm. Now, I can sing with less strain and have a louder, steadier sound. Her creative analogies really help me understand what I need to do in order to improve my singing. 10/10 would recommend her as a vocal coach. She has so much experience and knows what she is talking about. Not to mention that she is also caring and encouraging as well.
