I had the same experience as Susie C. Once I realized the honest mistake I made (although I have to believe that Privileged Skin RX is deliberately using the similar name in hopes of capitalizing off of people's confusion) I contacted Privileged RX to ask for a refund. They refused. I called my credit card company and they took care of it. This is a deceptive business practice.

Has anyone figured anything else out? I bought a Groupon here and loved it. Bough two more packages and returned multiple times. Now I tried to schedule an the website is down, voicemail full, and texts aren't being received. Not sure if there is anything else I can do at this point.
