I am very surprised this hospital has low stars. I had the best experience the staff is very helpful as far as the doctors. very clean and friendly

Got here and instead of being placed in a room I was placed in the hallway while there are several unoccupied rooms. Literally didn't even meet my nurse. The doctor came before the nurse. After complaining to the doctor and the charge nurse, we finally were placed in a room. (Again still no nurse in site) we had to request the nurse from the nurses station to come pick up my urine sample. Her name was Glory and I have never met a more miserable RN. I know we all have bad days but if you're on the shift you should at least portray basic common curtesy. She didn't introduce herself, didn't provide instructions. Totally rude. Dr Baca was really nice.... read full review

This place is great - it's what one expects from an emergency room and hospital. I had two heart procedures and couldn't have been more pleased with the doctors, nurses, staff, rooms and overall care. I hope I don't have to go back but if I do I will go confidently.
