Rahmlee, Erin, and Max are fantastic! The staff here are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and creates a great environment for any fitness goal. Highly recommend!

Staff takes very good care of people. Equipment is nice. Rahm took really good care of me, with getting me accustomed and showing me around and acquainted with the gym. I keep coming back for a reason.

Medium size gym. Not for serious lifters. Limited squat racks, limited free weights, just cardio and lots of machines. I would say it's fine for 90% of folks looking for a workout.
