KM Builders just finished an ADU addition for me and they did a phenomenal job. From the very first meeting they were professional, punctual, kind and laser focused on getting the job done well and not just meeting but exceeding my expectations. When problems arose like delays with inspections (which is typical for certain projects) they worked tirelessly to make sure to resolve them as soon as possible and to keep the project on track.

My experience with this company is so great that I can't recommend enough them! I hired KM BUILDERS to fully remodel my house and they gave me great offer, very competitive price and superb quality. Ken, project manager, was professional, always available, ready to help, completely honest and communication with him was excellent. His team was also fantastic, they were friendly and respectful to me, my family and my home. I am completely satisfied with results, my home is beautiful.
