When our 20+ year old central air and furnace took a dump, Jay came out, assessed the situation and suggested a new energy-saving heat pump system. His team, led by Fernando, worked quickly and efficiently, showing up on time on the day we requested. When I was informed the job would stretch into a second day, I expressed some concern about the cold night temperatures. Fernando got on the phone to Jay, and a second crew was rushed over to complete the job in a day! The system is working great! I would recommend Green Planet without reservation!

As a follow-up to this review, Jay called me right away and it appears we got most things cleared up just fine. On my invoice it did not show the part that was replaced on my end, but we figured out why that was happening and now I have the information. He and his tech will also be coming out to take a look at why the AC is not running to full capacity. I really appreciate his reaching out and his accommodation to assist in taking a look further at what is going on with my unit. We now have a good plan going forward. His quick responsiveness is very much appreciated.
