BEST EYEBROW PLACE!!!! I have been going there for longer than I can remember. Zhila is the absolute best for eyebrows as well as all my waxing needs. Definitely recommend her services!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! (Specifically for hairstyling as I have not tried their other services) I went to see if I could get my hair dyed to a platinum blonde as it was very dark brown at the time. I told the stylist Elizabeth Tran that I had dyed my hair black/dark brown a few months earlier and asked if it was even possible to dye it blonde or if I should wait till it grows out more and the dyed hair goes away. She assured me it was fine and she could do it no problem. Well to save a long story after it messing up and it taking 2 days and many hours this is what I got. She put wayy to much bleach because it wasn’t working and really damaged my hair. Not only that while brushing it she yanked out so much hair and was so rough with it and I already have very thin hair. Anyways I had to go through the holidays looking like this. I asked for a refund or at least for her to do something and she refused to reply. I’m really disappointed and now my hair is extremely damaged and an awful color that I have to leave now until my hair is healthy enough to fix it. I asked for the one where the girl is smiling and the other one is what I got. The dark color is what I had before.

I love getting my eyebrows done with Zhila! She is very accommodating with appointments, very effective and efficient when she does my eyebrows! I absolutely would recommend anyone to come here to get the best look!

This review is for Zhila she is ignorant /hatefull/and the most disrespectfull person ever . This morninig I took my old disabled mom for full face cleaning to this place around 11 AM they gave me an appointment for 12 PM and we atended there on time to our appintment but this person Zhila who supposed do the job she came from back of store passed us and ignored us and started working on someone else s eyebrows right in front of us without greeting us or saying a word so we sat there for 20 minites and she saw us and ignored us all the time we were there right in front of her eyes. I felt so bad not for myself but for my old disabaled mom .I don t know what was wrong with her any way I decided take my mom to other place . without saying any word . I know my rights as a costomer and know well how to respond 9 to this type of rude and unprofessional people but she was lucky my mom was with me. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE
