I have had my solar now for over 5 years now done by them and had zero issues. I actually am leaving a review because I wanted to praise the integrity of the owner.I have asked him a few times about upgrading panels and he always does a cost analysis of why I shouldn't add more because of Edison being able to change plans. It would be easy for him to just push more business I am sure if he wanted to. It's been about 2 months since I got PTO and system has been working great. Found ArtGreen through EnergySage marketplace and they had the best proposal and price, offering high quality panels and inverters. Given the crazy NEM 2.0 rush I consider the whole expirence with ArtGreen 5-star. A little more communication on current/next steps would be a plus for someone who didn't do a lot of research in solar, but for me it wasn't an issue. Competitve pricing, no false promises or sales pitches, just pure 'get it done' approach pretty much. My conrete tile roof took some damange during the install, but that's just something to expect with any installer I believe.
