I got my solar panels from this company in 2016. It was working fine until the last few months. Now I'm attempting to contact them, and they seem to be gone! I had a 25 year warranty,, but they apparently don't exist anymore!!!

These guys charged me double the going rate for solar panels. The panels are putting out 30 percent less than what I need to cover my bill. Called them, they do not care. In fact they cold called my wife to ask her if she wanted to buy more. These guys are crooks.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SOLAR INSTALL! As a subcontractor for Modernize Remodel, Best Solar Power Inc. tried to use indoor equipment outdoors which failed inspection. Then did not fix it for three months leaving my family to continue to pay for their electric bill and pay for the new solar system which wasn't operating. They tried to be cheap and schedule another inspector without doing any work but he failed the system too (as he should). They then took another month to replace the equipment, just showing up unannounced.
