I have the very unique Mul-T-Locks on my home. American Lock & Key is the only business around that can duplicate these particular type of keys. May was so helpful and reassuring. I’m truly grateful for her kindness!!

I was so pleased with the level of customer service I got. Eddy got me a key that I could not get made at other places ?? Or other places did not return call or set appointment.Service is over the top: Cant Say EnoughThank you.

Needed to change my locks, called and got a quote, very professional over the phone with follow up texts before the technician arrived. Eddie arrived as scheduled, he was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. No up sales, paid what I was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for my future door lock needs.
