“I've known Luis for so many years now. He's one of the greatest artists and tattoo artists on the planet.

I would highly recommend him to anyone about getting a real tattoo, a serious tattoo and a masterpiece of art.

Or if you just want to get a little shamrock he's your guy. He's open super late and will pretty much do tattoos anytime you need.

My numbing cream wore off before we were done and he actually had a numbing spray that worked even better-- which allowed us the added time to add some more color and dimension and it made all the difference.
