Luis has been my tattoo artist for 20 years. After I went to a couple other artists and had work done, I found Luis. He covered up one of the previous screw ups another artist did. I won’t go anywhere else!!! His work is worth every $$$ spent. His shop is always immaculate and sanitary. His talent has no end. You will be happy with any tattoo you have done!
Vargas is an AMAZING artist! His knowledge of art (and all kinds of other unexpected subjects) makes his tattoo work SHINE. Really private and cool artist studio too. I'm constantly stopped with compliments on all the work he's done for me over the years.
Been a bit since Luis has tattooed me but everything I have has held up well and still looks beautiful. I can only assume he's gotten better and better in the intervening years. He first tattooed me in 2005 and has done quite a bit of work on my upper arms and shoulders since then. Highly recommended.
