It's a hospital it could be good or bad on one hand my father in law came in with an almost explosive bladder they did help him out but were. A bit neglectful with his catheter but he did get the care he needed eventually And I came with my wife because she had excruciating pain because of her tooth couldn't sleep or eat and couldn't wait for the dentist appointment so we came. They gave her a pill for the pain and when she asked for a pill to get her through the night they denied her and offered a different solution one that she did not want to do. In the end they gave her medicine to get her through the night but the doctors. Seem to not care using a cellphone flashlight to check her mouth and on top of that another few hours to get discharged the staff here needs to do better for all patients who come here.
Where do I start!? This place is freaking AMAZING...coming from a guy that HATES hospitals. The doctors and nurses are angels! They truly care about you and your comfort. I went in for heart issues and had team of doctors looking out for me. And every single one of them were on the same page...their communication is IMPECCABLE! You can tell their attention to detail. All of them took their time to answer any and all questions I had. They go out of their way to make sure you understand what they are doing. SUPER CLEAN, they have the latest cutting edge technology/medical instruments....and what hospital gives you a menu for your 3 meals!!??I had fish, tacos, stew, pasta...to name a few. And this is going to sound bad but the nurses and doctors are super hot!! I think they only hire models hahaha!! Thank you to the Olive View team! THE BAD: -During their shift change there may be 20-30 mins that you won't see a nurse. Basically the old crew is briefing the new crew...(not really an issue) -(Maybe this was just my particular case) In the 4 days I was there I had my blood drawn over 20 times. My arms looked like I was a heroin addict lol -THEIR HOSPITAL GOWNS SUCK!!! I'm pretty sure I flashed people at least 2x
Fantastic emergency care. This place is clean, with a full staff of compassionate, hardworking people. Michael/Mike was the nurse that assisted my 91 year old mom. He was truly outstanding. I am impressed by the quality care she received at Olive View Emergency Room
