I took my dad here for his ultrasound appointment. We came in the early morning, basically his appointment time was when the place actually open. So we were able to find parking easily. It was confusing to figure out where we were but the security personnel and people working the information desk was helpful.
The ultrasound is on the first floor so I had to take the elevator down since I entered through the second floor. My dad ultrasound on his liver didn't take long.
Zero complaints the staff was very friendly, nice and helpful to my mom who had a major surgery. They treated her very well. They spoke to us kindly the room was clean. The bathrooms were dirty. but more importantly, her area was very clean and where she used the restroom was clean. There are lots of vending machines. There was a cafeteria that sold decent food. Overall, the hospital was clean and the staff was great. I would just suggest they pay some extra attention to the bathroom bathrooms.
The nurses where nice and the doctor too in the emergency room only in the morning shift but the ER night time staff were horrendous. They were making fun of all the patients so loud we could all hear them, mostly me as soon as I woke up from pain asking for pain medicine. They were mocking me and saying that I was faking so loud from their station I heard every word, they were laughing at me for being in pain and never even brought me any meds. They were laughing saying to each other they should take pictures of me at my most vulnerable and berate me for my pain. Thank God the other hospital showed up right then to transport me and save me from their unprofessional behavior.
