“I had my hair cut by Jules today and it started with a consultation where she asked me many questions to really understand what I wanted for my hair today. I loved how thorough she was. She then asked if I wanted a silent or an educational shampoo where she talked through the methods and products she was using. She helped me find products that would work and what ingredients to look for. She was very meticulous in her hair cutting and checked things over multiple times to make sure I was happy and that the curls worked. When she was styling she talked through how she was styling so I could do it at home. A wonderful experience and a lovely salon!”
