This is the second time we've hired them for a move-out deep clean for our rental unit. Clara is very easy to communicate with (text and/or call). We had to reschedule from our original plan and she was very helpful with rescheduling. We even had an issue with my contractors still working inside, but they were able to work through it and get everything cleaned. Her team is fast and do a great job. Prices seem fair in my opinion. The windows are spotless, the carpet looks brand new again, and they really worked their magic with the oven/stove and shower! Clara and her team were phenomenal!! I had an initial deep cleaning for my house done, including carpet and window cleaning. Everything afterwards was spotless and carpets were clean and fluffy. They addressed all the trouble spots, like grout around shower tiles, hard to reach windows and oven hood, sliding window tracks, and window screens. I was very pleased and will be continuing with their regular cleaning services. Clara was super communicative when scheduling the initial inspection and subsequent cleaning. She provided a reasonable quote with an outline of all items included. I would absolutely recommend their services to others.
