“Called the Sherman Oaks location to order bereavement flowers. Viviana was so kind and professional. When I received the first photo the arrangement was pretty but was not too happy about the condition of the flowers. I called and spoke with Brenda and expressed my concerns and she so was kind and understanding and offered to change the flowers at no additional cost. Once I got the 2nd email with the photo and I was ecstatic on how beautiful the arrangement was. Great job Orchid Republic of Sherman Oaks.“
